Prayer

We believe that nothing of lasting value can be done unless it is bathed in prayer.  While there are many things to do, we believe prayer is the first work so we know the Father's heart and will.

Personal Devotion

The secret to a victorious prayer life is through a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.  This is developed by spending time with Him in prayer and in His Word.

Prayer Chain

The Prayer Chain is a voluntary email or text message set in motion soon after a request is received - whether day or night. The request will go out immediately to a large number of people from Piedmont Park Alliance Church who have agreed to receive prayer chain requests.  (For those without the ability to email or text message, a phone call can be arranged.)

A person can ask for prayers for whatever is needed. Some people ask for guidance, others ask for healing for an ailing loved one. At PPAC, we believe the prayer chain is another way to be of service to one another and it reaffirms the worth that we put on the relationships in our community of faith.

To activate the prayer chain, please do one of the following:

Contact us by phone or email

Please state clearly what you would like distributed on the prayer chain.  Also, if submitting a request on behalf of another person, please verify that the individual actually wants their request on the prayer chain.

Prayer and Intercession Team

The goal of the Prayer Team is to actively encourage and promote prayer within the life of the church. The team is made up of those who will pray daily and intentionally for the ministry of PPAC and the needs of the pastoral ministry team, the families of the congregation, and the greater Alliance family.
